Project involved the relocation of their existing outfall to the Mississippi River which also required an Antidegradation Review to develop new effluent limits.  Construction consisted of Aeration equipment replacement, Sludge removal, Insulated floating cover, UV disinfection, flow monitoring, SCADA, and triplex lift station with 6000 feet of 14-inch forcemain including a HDD ditch crossing.
