Modification of existing single cell lagoon to land application system with installation of land application pump station, forcemain, and center pivot irrigation.  Project also included collection system inspection with repairs by cured-in-place liners, point repairs, and cementitious manhole liners.  All lift stations rehabilitated and sewer extension constructed with new lift station.
