The City of Senath recently signed contracts with Waters Engineering to perform final design and construction inspection for a new wastewater treatment plant.

Because of new ammonia and e-coli limits in their permit, the City of Senath will construct a new aerated lagoon followed by a fixed film media reactor.  Disinfection will be provided by a new ultraviolet disinfection facility.  These new facilities will be constructed adjacent to their existing aerated lagoon.
