THE COMPANY
OVERVIEW Waters Engineering
was organized in 1955; however, Mr. Alex C. Waters, the founder of the
company, began his practice of engineering and surveying in Southeast Missouri
in the 1920's. This was done with his assistance in the construction
of the Little River Drainage District (a huge undertaking of the time that
drained the swamp lands of Southeast Missouri, turning the land into productive
farmland). Waters Engineering is a multi-disciplinary civil, environmental, and land surveying firm located in Sikeston, Missouri. We have directed our focus on customer satisfaction rather than corporate growth. We feel that a close client/engineer relationship results in a solution that meets or exceeds the clients goals and expectations. Our experience with various local, state, and federal funding agencies along with our knowledge of various practical and innovative finance methods can help clients choose the best funding strategy for the needed improvements. From the system study
and preliminary engineering to the final design and construction observation,
we can provide you with engineering services that are site specific and
goal oriented yet meet the current environmental regulations. We
have the experience and personnel available to provide you with quality
and timely service.
